Trip to Van Iron Farm

Today Anna and the undergraduates went to go visit Van Iron Farm in Southern Alberta to see their dairy farm. It was an insightful experience as we got to learn about all the intricacies of dairy farming and got to see a calf being born. We also were able to inquire and get feedback about our project to make sure it can meet the needs of our province’s cattle farmers.
